Prior to becoming President of Network Solutions, Tina served as President of Stratose since 2011. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Stratose for the prior 6 years.
As President, Tina is the steward of existing and future growth of Network Solutions. Her strategic vision focuses on continued growth both through organic means as well as through acquisitions. Zelis has built a rich history of cost containment and client savings that will continue to grow under Tina’s leadership and direction.
Tina officially joined Stratose in June of 1996 and was instrumental in the creation and implementation of many of the company’s systems and processes. Within her role as COO, Tina was responsible for the oversight of all daily service and operations, in addition to PPO network management, account management, provider recruitment and executive sponsorship on key acquisitions.
Throughout her career, Tina has been recognized for her contributions and industry leadership, including being published by The Self Insurer, the official publication of SIIA, and participation as a presenter and moderator for several different healthcare organizations, including Western Claims, SIIA and AAPPO. She is also currently serving as a board member of the AAPPO.
Tina has over 17 years of healthcare experience, including directing membership services for the Georgia Dental Association, and working for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, formerly known as Egleston Children’s Hospital.
Lori is C0-President of Cost Management at Zelis Healthcare, where she is responsible for advancing profitable growth strategies and improving operational performance for Claims Integrity through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and technology investments. As a health care professional with over 20 years of extensive experience, Lori is known for her strong track record of innovative problem solving, operational excellence and producing significant business value for Zelis in the form of financial performance, client satisfaction, market share and productivity.
In her career, Lori has serviced and managed all types of healthcare payers including Health Plans, TPAs, Reinsurance Carriers, and Taft Hartley Funds. Her deep understanding of the marketplace has afforded her the ability to reshape the company’s strategic vision across the entire portfolio of Integrity based services, including but not limited to Claims Editing, Clinical Bill Review and Out of Network Services. As President of Claims Integrity, she plans to use her years of experience from Operations and IT to Sales and Service to position Zelis for success, cultivating opportunities in new and existing client markets.
As an advocate of women advancing in technology based businesses, Lori has been featured in the 2015 issue of Top Women of Forbes profiling Americas Women Business Leaders. Prior to Zelis Healthcare, Lori was a member of senior management at Preferred Medical Claim Solutions, a cost containment vendor specializing in Out of Network claims.
Jay brings over 38 years of experience managing multiple disciplines within the health benefit administration business to his role as President, Payments Division. Jay began his career by founding an extremely successful Third Party Administration (TPA) firm in Iowa. After divesting the Iowa firm, he co-founded an Ohio TPA in 1981, whose success led to a merger with a larger TPA in 1991.
Between 1991 and 2005, Jay founded or re-organized four additional healthcare organizations, including a regional Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), a benefits portal software company, a pharmacy benefit management firm (EBRx) and a medical management software platform. EBRx had a national presence in the Group Benefits and Workers’ Compensation markets and Jay was instrumental in growing it into an $85M corporation where he served as President and lead systems architect.
After the sale of the company, Jay briefly retired, only to return to the industry to co-found Pay-Plus® Solutions, Inc.
As Chief Financial Officer of Zelis Healthcare, Tom Kloster is a key partner to the executive team and leads Finance, Technology Strategy and Corporate Development efforts.
Tom is a proven growth company CFO with more than 20 years of experience in privately-held and public companies in the healthcare and technology sectors and in public accounting, including Inovalon, Algeco Scotsman, Primus Telecommunications and Price Waterhouse.
Tom has a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
Pat has over 26 years of experience as a proven healthcare leader with deep expertise in building and leading high performing businesses and sales organizations with small to large size payers. He leads Sales, Account Management and Commercial Operations for the Zelis Healthcare enterprise.
Prior to joining Zelis, Pat was General Manager of Anthem|Empire BlueCross Blue Shield where he had P&L accountability for financial and operational results of a New York Commercial business generating $1.6 billion in revenue.
Pat also served as Northeast Region Mergers & Acquisitions Partner for Digital Insurance, National Practice Leader for UnitedHealth Group, Vice President of Key Accounts and Regional Vice President of Tri-State Small Business for United. In addition, he held various sales leadership positions at Fitzmaurice & Company, LLC, (now Willis Towers Watson), ChannelPoint, Inc. (now TriZetto) and HIP of New York (now EmblemHealth).
Pat earned his BA in Economics & Political Science from Villanova. Over the years, he has completed professional development courses at Columbia Business School, Indiana University and Northwestern University.
Pat is also affiliated with The Barclays/FedEx Cup, St. Michaels Hospital Foundation Non-Profit, Each One Counts, The Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Center and First Tee of Plainfield, NJ.
As Chief Technology Officer of Zelis Healthcare, Tim Wilde is a key partner to the executive team and leads technology strategy development and execution.
Tim is a proven technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in public and private corporations in the healthcare, insurance and life sciences sectors including Coventry Health Care, Luxottica, UnityBPO and Pinnacle Software.
Tim has a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from Cranston University. He is also a Certified Enterprise Architect and Certified Project Management Professional.
As General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of Zelis Healthcare, Edward C. Fargis, Esq., is a key partner providing legal expertise to the executive team and others.
Ed is a proven general counsel with over 20 years of experience in private practice and as the general counsel for public and private corporations including Personal Touch Home Health, Touchstone Health, Multex, Fortent, and Medco Health Solutions. His primary areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions, technology, healthcare, private equity, securities, commercial transactions, compliance, employment law, dispute resolution and corporate governance.
Ed has a BA in History and English from Hamilton College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
Matt is a Human Resources professional who has been working in the field for over 25 years. He worked for many years with Cigna before transitioning to Complexcare Solutions where he was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Matt has also worked with a number of mid to entry stage companies in the developments of their people and strategic growth strategies and he has worked as a consultant for a number of companies.
He now brings all of this knowledge with him to Zelis Healthcare.
Matt played tennis at the University of Connecticut and continues to enjoy the game today. He has been married to his lovely wife, Karen, for 27 years and they have two children; Molly and Ben. Molly is currently in medical school and Ben is in Charleston, SC working with a startup software company.
Leo Garneau brings over 35 years of domestic and international experience selling and marketing a wide array of healthcare products and services. His work, in virtually every segment of healthcare, has provided him with a unique understanding of the intricate needs that healthcare stakeholders possess and the connective tissue that binds them together.
Prior to joining Zelis, Leo was the Chief Branding Officer for PayFlex™ where he was responsible for the branding and deployment of the innovative business model, HealthHub™. During his 27 year tenure with Johnson & Johnson, he produced record setting performances for numerous Rx and Consumer healthcare brands, created innovative cause marketing solutions and commercialized patented processes that created whitespace channels like HealthZone™. Throughout his career, his efforts have garnered numerous corporate awards for achievement and innovation as well as marketing industry, peer awards like the ECHO and the ACE. Leo received his B.A. in biology from Washington and Jefferson College.
