How to set up my clearinghouse delivery
If you are already enrolled in electronic payments through Zelis, log in to the Payments Portal with your username and password.
Once logged in, click ‘SETTINGS.’ Chose ‘ERA Delivery’ and update your ERA Delivery contact information.
You will be asked to select your remit delivery method:
Step 1: Choose ‘Clearinghouse’
Step 2: Select your clearinghouse from the drop-down
Step 3: Click ‘Save’

Please note that you’ll need to contact your account’s admin if you need assistance with logging in, setting up a new user account, or if you do not have the ‘SETTINGS’ tab visible.
