Founded by associates and sponsored by executive leadership, our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play an active role in building a culture where every voice is heard. BRGs serve as a network for careers and human connection, support external communities and celebrate one another.
Women of Zelis helps women and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and recognition. The group supports Dress for Success, a global nonprofit that helps women achieve economic independence through a network of support, professional attire and development tools to thrive in work and in life.
Zelis Abilities helps associates in the corporate world through development, education and advocacy for disabled and neurodivergent individuals and allies. The group supports Disability:IN, the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide, whose network of more than 500 corporations and 18 affiliates works to expand opportunities for people with disabilities in business.
Hispanic Alliance of Zelis fosters a diverse, inclusive network that celebrates Hispanic heritage, promotes cultural diversity, supports professional development and increases Hispanic representation at every level of leadership. The group supports the League of United Latin American Citizens, the largest and oldest Hispanic civil rights organization in the U.S., advancing the economic condition, education, housing, health and civil rights of Hispanic Americans through community programs.
Black Professionals of Zelis celebrates Black associates and builds the support systems needed to advocate for professional development and career growth. The group supports Black Girls Code, an organization dedicated to creating pathways for Black girls and other underrepresented youth to explore technology and build skills for the future.
Zelis Pride provides community for associates who identify as LGBTQ+ and allies, works to make Zelis a more affirming workplace and educates the broader community on supporting LGBTQ+ people at work and in their communities. The group supports the National LGBTQ+ Task Force, which builds power and creates change to achieve freedom, justice and equity for LGBTQ+ people nationwide.
The Veterans of Zelis BRG sets out to advocate for veterans, advises the company about their experiences and needs, and mobilize our members to engage and support actions for veterans and their loved ones. The group supports the Fisher House Foundation, which builds free comfort homes for military and veteran families near hospitals and operates the Hero Miles and Hotels for Heroes programs using donated miles and hotel points to support families of injured service members.
The Asian Network of Zelis creates awareness of and celebrates Asian culture, building connections with each other and the community to enable opportunities for inclusion and growth. The group supports Stop AAPI Hate, a national coalition fighting racism and racial injustice against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders through building power, solidarity with other communities of color and advocacy for solutions that address the root causes of race-based hate.
