No. Zelis is not an insurance carrier, third-party administrator or guarantor of payment. Providers should verify eligibility and benefits directly with the payer. 

Zelis follows standard NCQA credentialing guidelines to verify provider qualifications, licensure and practice information. 

Timelines vary, but most providers complete credentialing and contracting within 30 to 90 days on average.
