Jim Young

Jim Young is a financial executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth private and public companies at the intersection of technology and payments. As CF&AO, Jim leads accounting, FP&A, facilities, investor relations, information security, procurement, and treasury.

Prior to Zelis, Jim was Chief Financial Officer at Coalition, Inc., where he led the company’s global finance, people, and actuary operations. Earlier, as CFO of Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR), he helped the company grow market capitalization by fourfold, earning it inclusion in the S&P 500. Jim also held senior leadership roles at Visa Inc. (NYSE: V), where he played a key role in their nearly $20 billion IPO in 2008, one of the largest public offerings for a U.S. company at the time. He began his career in investment banking and corporate development.

Jim holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Strategy from The Anderson School at UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College.

He is a co-founder and board member of SCORE, a nonprofit supporting people with spinal cord injuries. In addition, Jim is a Board member at The Greenwich Scholarship Association (GSA), a non-profit organization that awards scholarships annually to help students attend college.
