Zelis helps you go beyond receiving payments electronically from a single payer. Get fast, reliable payments, data and meaningful insights from 725 Zelis network payers.

  • One payment stream – receive claim payments as ACH directly into your bank account or via one-time-use virtual cards that you can enter into your merchant terminal.
  • One data stream – remittance data can be sent to your clearinghouse, delivered directly into your practice management system or downloaded from the portal.
  • One portal – view payment and remittance information for 725 payers all in one place.
  • One client services team – one number to call if you need help with any claim payments from payers in the Zelis Payment Network.

You don’t need any specific software to use Zelis. Access the Payments Portal right from your web browser. For further automation, Zelis can send data to your clearinghouse or directly into your current practice management system.

It depends on the size of your practice and the payment option you select during enrollment. Choose virtual credit cards (VCC) and you’ll start receiving payments right away. Choose ZAPP EdgeSM and timing depends on verifying your account information — typically 7–10 business days.
