By extending ZAPP directly to providers, it creates the industry’s first shared reimbursement operating layer—bringing payers and providers together in a more connected reimbursement ecosystem.

ZAPP Edge consolidates ACH-enabled payments, remittance data, and reimbursement insights from more than 550 payers into a single, configurable provider experience. What was once spread across portals, files, and paper checks is now standardized, predictable, and actionable. For the first time, payers and providers can operate from the same reimbursement logic, reducing exceptions, increasing transparency, and strengthening trust across the ecosystem.

Providers using ZAPP Edge report up to a 50% reduction in weekly payment posting time and the ability to absorb 40% growth in payment volume without expanding billing teams.
