Here to help.

In partnership with your health plan, we’re offering a new program to help you with your healthcare bill – at no cost to you. If you’ve received a letter from Zelis, you are eligible for this program.

Navigate My Health Bill

Zelis has many years of experience in negotiating claims, and making sure that you are billed the right amount. We want to use that expertise to help you lower your healthcare bills.

As a recipient of a letter from Zelis you can get help with your recent out-of-network bill, by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling 833.752.1182.

Zelis does not sell health insurance directly to members, so we may not be able to address specific questions about your insurance plan. If you have a specific question regarding coverage, benefits or other bills, please call your health plan using the number provided on the back of your medical ID card.

The No Surprises Act was signed into law in December of 2020 and is designed to protect patients from surprise medical bills and prohibits balance billing of a patient for certain out-of-network care. Those services include (1) emergency care from an out-of-network facility or provider, (2) non-emergency care from an out-of-network provider in an in-network facility and (3) out-of-network air ambulance care.
