The re-certification by the NCQA emphasizes Zelis’ ongoing commitment to adhering to national quality standards related to healthcare directories.
The NCQA, a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving healthcare quality, awarded the re-certification to Zelis’ S365 product based on its Health Information Product (HIP) Survey results. This re-certification for healthcare directories involves a rigorous process in which vendors must objectively demonstrate how they comply with each element of the relevant NCQA standard. The certification is reviewed every two years, and Zelis is one of only 14 organizations to have earned the certification.
