Amanda Eisel
Amanda Eisel is a transformational leader who has focused the last 20 years of her career on creating and scaling growth companies that solve complex problems with thoughtful technology. Amanda has been a member of the Zelis team since 2019, maturing the company’s growth levers, both with operational strategies for which Zelis has been recognized as a Best in KLAS and MedTech Breakthrough Top Company and in cultural evolution, resulting in the company being named to Fortune’s Best Workplace in Health Care, as a Becker’s Healthcare Top Workplace, and a Great Place to Work®. Amanda started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she spent nearly a decade advising consumer companies. Prior to Zelis, Amanda was an Operating Partner at Bain Capital focused on technology and healthcare IT companies.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of two non-profit organizations, Youth Villages of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Amanda is passionate about creating value for clients and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork at Zelis. Moreover, her executive sponsorship role in the Women of Zelis Business Resource Group and participation in the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge advocating for change highlights her commitment to diversity and empowerment in the workplace. She is a member of the Forbes Finance Council, a frequent public speaker on organizational performance, and publishes a quarterly perspective on Zelis.com.
