Propel

Propel is a member activation and engagement solution designed for government lines of business (Medicare and Medicaid). This white-labeled product has activities specifically targeted toward Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS).

This solution is compliant with Medicare regulations at the federal level and Medicaid regulations at the state level. In addition to being available as a white-labeled, standalone product, it can also be integrated with S365 – our member guidance and navigation solution – or with APIs to plug into an already-existing solution.
