Zelis is the network and not an insurance carrier or third-party administrator. We are unable to validate payment policies or verify specific benefits for members. You are encouraged to call the payer directly to verify member eligibility and request benefits before providing services. They should also be able to assist you in determining any co-insurance, co-pays, or deductibles that may either need to be collected from the member or be waived in response to either recent state or federal proclamations or employer-initiated changes in benefit plan designs. Many payers offer benefit inquires through their website so please consider checking for the latest information through the payer website or other online portal.

Zelis offers medical, dental and workers’ compensation networks and connects healthcare providers like you with payers and members who need high-quality care. We simplify claim pricing and payment through smart technology, fair reimbursement strategies, and supportive service—so you can spend less time navigating administrative hurdles and more time focusing on your patients.
